Job Description- Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation, Rollout & Support projects with strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Employee Self-Service (ESS).
- Hands‑on experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, performing Fit‑Gap analysis, and independently driving discussions with business users.
- Strong functional knowledge in HR processes along with technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle HRMS tables & schema, User Hooks, validations, Data Migration, Oracle APIs, and Payroll Fast Formulas & Functions.
- Experience in handling system configurations, testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, and post‑production support activities.
- Ability to prepare key project deliverables including Solution Design Documents, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, Test Scripts, Training materials, and reporting requirements.
- Good understanding of system integrations and customization in Oracle HRMS.
- Exposure to Oracle Performance Management and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) modules is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while working with cross‑functional and integrated project teams.
- Willingness to work in a functional HR‑focused role with minimal dependency on technical teams.
