Site Lead

We are looking for a Site Lead to join us in Riyadh, KSA.

We are looking for a highly experienced Site Lead to oversee full project lifecycle activities from post-contract stage through to completion. The successful candidate will lead site operations, ensure design integrity, manage contractual compliance, and uphold DSA’s professional standards across all aspects of construction, coordination, and delivery.

• Lead and manage all site activities, consultant coordination, and contractor performance.
• Monitor scheduling, cost control, risk management, and change control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies.
• Establish communication protocols and reporting systems.
• Provide progress reports to the Project Director, highlighting key risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of the project in alignment with client and DSA objectives.

• Administer the DSA consultancy and construction contracts in line with FIDIC principles.
• Issue formal communications including Instructions, Variations, and EOT adjudications.
• Facilitate dispute resolution, manage documentation, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Coordinate with Engineers' Representatives, QS, and other stakeholders to ensure procedural compliance.
• Ensure all delegation of authority protocols are implemented and followed.
• Support the Senior Architect/Design Lead with design coordination, site implementation, and quality assurance.
• Monitor drawing reviews, RFIs, submittals, and sample approvals.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Mentor and supervise site architects and support staff to ensure performance, professionalism, and project understanding.
• Ensure adherence to DSA’s information protocols and QA/QC procedures.

• Support broader company initiatives such as QA audits, procedural development, and team training.
• Participate in special tasks that enhance DSA’s project delivery standards.

• Degree-qualified Architect with a minimum of 20 years’ experience.
• Minimum 15 years of site-based experience in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Proficient in handling full-cycle construction projects including tendering, contract negotiation, and site execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
