We are seeking a Food Packaging Supervisor to oversee the packaging of healthy meals, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with food safety standards. The role includes supervising the packaging team while actively participating in daily packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support the packaging team.
- Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of healthy meals.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily packaging activities and team performance.
- Train and guide packaging staff.
- Assist in packaging operations when required.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on schedule.
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably healthy food production.
- Experience in food packaging operations.
- Team supervision or leadership experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standard
