What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive business through sales.
  • Use omnichannel aspects of the role to connect with customers via physical and digital channels.
  • Act as brand ambassador with strong knowledge of the brand, fashion, and style.
  • Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain positive relationships to develop a constructive work environment.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Maintain and understand customer purchasing patterns and behaviors, utilize this database to engage and build strong relationships, and promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) to increase enrollment.
  • Stay abreast of latest fashion trends, social media campaigns, products and competitor offerings and promote them with customers.
  • Participate in the brand’s events when required (inside or outside the store).
  • Take ownership of the customer’s experience by delivering exceptional service and building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and proactively catering to customers’ needs, interests, and preferences.
  • Use impactful storytelling with customers to maximize their experience through education and entertainment.
  • Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance to meet or surpass expectations.
  • Use clienteling techniques and tools to build one‑on‑one relationships based on trust and human touch and drive loyalty.
  • Prepare and process e‑commerce orders’ fulfillment from the store within set SLAs in terms of time and quality.
  • Managing and creating client data reporting and analytics while maintaining accuracy.
  • Maintain operating standards by ensuring stock replenishment and organizing display per brand’s VM guidelines.
  • Leverage technology tools (Clienteling app, CRM, OMS, etc.) to support customer experience inside/outside of store.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Minimum 2–3 years in fashion retail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Styling and product knowledge.
  • Technical and operational skills.
