Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This hybrid role requires both strong sales acumen and solid technical expertise in Accops’ solutions. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing and enabling channel partners, delivering product demonstrations, capturing customer technical requirements, and preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and budgetary proposals.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Partner Management- Drive lead generation efforts through both channel partners and direct engagement to acquire new customers.
- Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners in the Saudi market while nurturing relationships with existing partners for mutual growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets through channel sales and direct opportunities.
- Actively hunt for new business opportunities leveraging multiple outreach channels such as cold calling, in-person meetings, events, and social media.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to refine sales approaches.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and live demonstrations of Accops solutions to prospects, customers, and partners.
- Engage with customers to capture detailed technical requirements and translate them into solution designs.
- Prepare accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and budgetary quotations aligned with customer needs and solution architecture.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to ensure proposed solutions meet both business and technical expectations.
- Assist partners with technical enablement, including training sessions and solution workshops.
- Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) sales with technical engagement responsibilities. Prior experience with Citrix, VMware, or similar workspace products is highly desirable. - Sales

Skills:
Ability to understand customer environments, capture requirements, create solution designs, and prepare BOMs and quotes. - Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the Saudi IT market with an established network of system integrators and enterprise customers. - Communication:
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English;
Arabic proficiency is an advantage. - Tools:
Proficiency with CRM and PRM tools, as well as MS Office Suite for reports, presentations, and data analysis. - Travel:
Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required.
