To lead a team of sales support and internal account managers for the audio visual and video business.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of audio visual internal account managers.
- Support the sales and technical teams.
- Work with management on future progression and strategy of the AV business.
- Manage given set of accounts, specific product category or Sales Specialist.
- Provision of pricing and accurate formal quotations within the agreed customer and Departmental SLA’s.
- Provide interface to customer contacts, branch sales teams and Enterprise sales teams.
- Assist in generating sales via support to the sales teams and participating in Sales Support Incentives.
- Preparation of Sales quotation with accurate and complete documents including, but no limited to pricing, supplier pricing and customer order for handover to Administration for processing.
- Liaison with internal departments to facilitate the progress of orders through the SCC ordering to install process.
- Management and implementation of Customer specific special bids.
- Management of support and maintenance contract renewals.
- Engineer Scheduling.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge around the products and services offered by SCC.
- Undergo appropriate training to maintain the high level of knowledge.
- Resolve or escalated all issues in a timely manner.
- Manage a training matrix and development plan for your team.
- Provide reporting data as required.
- Accurate and effective use of internal Information Technology systems.
- To achieve and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction through professional engagement at all times and at all levels within the customer and internal departments.
- Operational experience inside an end user, reseller, distributor or inside a large vendor, Audio Visual Reseller.
- Good attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through to full completion.
- Good organisational abilities.
- IT literate, especially in the use of Microsoft office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Good interpersonal and telephone skills.
