Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and projects within the construction and industrial sector.
- Generate leads and nurture client relationships to expand the company’s project pipeline.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to network and promote the company’s products and services.
- Stay abreast of market trends and product innovations to provide superior client consultation and service.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Report regularly to upper management on sales progress and market insights.
- Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of the company’s product line as well as the competition’s offerings.
- Offer technical advice and support to clients, ensuring the best solutions are provided according to their needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction and industrial industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Arabic is a plus. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
