Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for electrical products and engineering solutions.
- Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in the electrical sector.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from proposal stage to project delivery.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals; coordinate with clients and consultants.
- Review and study project technical specifications to determine accurate requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on ongoing projects, quotations, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical project sales or sales of switches, sockets, and electrical accessories.
- Strong understanding of electrical products including:
Switches & Sockets, Panels, Circuit breakers, Cables, Other electrical accessories. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
