Modern Printing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team on a part‑time hybrid basis
.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, following up with potential and existing customers, and promoting our printing and packaging solutions. You will communicate with clients through phone calls, Whats App, email, and online meetings while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

The ideal candidate is confident in communication, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about achieving sales targets.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Present Modern Printing’s products and packaging solutions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM and customer records.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities.

• Saudi National.
• Previous experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong phone communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in printing, packaging, advertising, or B2B sales is preferred.
• High school diploma or higher.
