Job Summary
As a strategic Client Executive (CE) in Net App’s Enterprise business in the Middle East, you will lead sales activities within a set of regional accounts to achieve assigned sales quotas and drive consultative selling solutions with strategic customers. You will drive the collaboration and coordination of all sales and pre‑sales roles associated with the accounts to develop and grow Net App's business in your assigned accounts.
Working alongside Net App’s Partner and Distributor ecosystem, the CE serves as an advisor to customers, understanding their business landscape and priorities, while leveraging business acumen and technical team expertise to maximize revenue from the accounts. This role is based out of Net App's regional HQ in Riyadh and covers multiple countries.
- Develop selling opportunities within existing and new accounts - through structured discovery (MEDDICC), including partner accounts, to expand the depth and quality of relationships with key decision makers and purchasing influencers within the customer environment.
- Collaborate with assigned Solution Engineers to develop a long‑term product strategy for new and existing Net App product lines within your territory.
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing and quoting, and deal/contract negotiation across Net App’s entire solution portfolio.
- Act as a sales orchestrator, bringing in the right experts at the right place and time.
- Oversee multiple concurrent sales motions to ensure a customer‑centric approach.
- Gain customer trust and be the go‑to advisor by studying customer needs and proposing relevant Net App solutions. Leverage existing relationships to seek out new buying centers and opportunities.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in direct sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas and driving net new business.
- Deep knowledge of customer goals and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners, across all levels of the organization (C‑level/LOB executives). Translating value case of solutions into P&L impact for strategic customers.
- Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to coordinate and lead multiple concurrent selling efforts by Net App sales specialists and partners.
- Ability to speak credibly on a variety of modern computing, storage, data, security and cloud technologies/concepts.
- Native Arabic and fluent English required.
