Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to identify customer needs recommend suitable solutions and drive business growth. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver technical products and services that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
  • Understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Previous experience in technical sales, industrial sales, or engineering solutions is preferred. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate solutions effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region when required
