Key Account Manager – End Customer

Axis Communications has an exciting position as Key Account Manager – End Customer based at our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving sales for selected end‑customer companies, developing and implementing business plans for existing and new large end customers, and ensuring the achievement of annual targets.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales for selected end‑customer companies and develop and implement business plans for existing and new large end customers.
  • Continuously evaluate defined annual targets and close projects within the accounts list.
  • Collaborate with all Axis departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers and Post‑sales Support) to manage a 360° customer relationship.
  • Lead the strategic management of accounts, deepening the Axis relationship across product and solution lines, time horizons and geographical boundaries.
  • Identify and influence major stakeholders and ecosystem partners, coordinating activities across company functions.
  • Actively participate in associations, trade shows, market events and congresses to create brand awareness and detect new opportunities.
  • Update, maintain and share all major account information through Salesforce.
  • Represent Axis as a core value ambassador, demonstrating transparency, loyalty and teamwork in a collaborative, transversal organization.
  • Travel domestically within Saudi Arabia and occasionally internationally.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the region, managing national/key accounts for large end customers.
  • Experience with indirect B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with government and commercial sectors.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure is preferable.
  • Experience managing complex sales in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong account management, team‑building and strategic relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, listening, written), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
