Business Development Representative - Riyadh, KSA (Saudi National)

Full-time position.

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the Middle East market.
• Utilize CRM software and sales intelligence tools to outperform expectations.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide market feedback to shape future strategies.

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding targets.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Proficiency with the BDR toolkit (Hubspot, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc.).
• Smart use of Generative AI to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly understand enterprise IT solutions, products and market dynamics.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience of 3+ years in a business development role.
• Proven experience in software telemarketing, inside sales, or software sales for enterprise accounts.
• Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• A natural curiosity and willingness to learn in order to gain and demonstrate a high level of understanding of IFS and IFS Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific emphasis on telephone skills in both English and Japanese.
