Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to lead engineering initiatives, mentor developers, and drive architectural and technical decisions. This role is onsite in Saudi Arabia , open to Saudi candidates or those with a transferable Iqama .

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and direction.
• Drive technical decisions , best practices, and software architecture strategies.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables .
• Ensure the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications .
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and best engineering practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals .
• Define long-term engineering strategies and drive innovation within the team.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams of 5 to 10 people.
• Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications and system architectures .
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PHP, Kotlin/Java, or Swift .
• Experience with CI/CD, code refactoring, design patterns, and secure coding .
• Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and automated deployment processes .
• Experience leading engineering teams of 5 to 10 people .
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and align engineering with product objectives .
• Must be in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama or Saudi nationality .
