Senior Representative, Alternative Investments - Distributions

The Alternative Investments Brokerage Operations role is responsible for processing distributions accurately and on time to mitigate risk and exposure to the organization. Activities are performed daily and require adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Process distributions accurately on behalf of clients.
• Pay out dividends, returns of capital, and reinvested shares.
• Process distribution election changes.
• Ensure timely delivery and adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records and support related operations.

• College degree preferred.
• Prior experience with alternative investments and distribution processes is preferred.
• Detail oriented with ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Team player who helps maintain a positive work environment.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with multiple deadlines and processes.
• Exceptional quality and productivity in current role.
• Experience handling and resolving complex problems.
• Strong verbal and written interaction skills, including explaining complex processes.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize and multi‑task.
• Strong PC skills – Word, Excel, and Access.
