Data Analyst (Hybrid, Dallas, TX area) - LOCALS ONLY W2 Only - NO CTC ON THIS - WE CAN SPONSOR Required Skills- SQL, Power BI (designing new reports), Snowflake is nice to have, experience measuring digital experiences (analytics on netbenefits). Analyzing what users are clicking on. Need experience with A/B testing, healthcare domain experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a data and analytics role with collaboration across IT and business functions
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI, with experience designing new reports
- Expertise in web interaction data analysis and relational databases
- Deep knowledge of A/B/N testing, design of experiments, and measurement techniques
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as Snowflake, Oracle, Alteryx, and Adobe Analytics is a plus
- Ability to conduct detailed data dives to test hypotheses and identify success metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred
- Experience with AI/ML and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousing solutions
- Cross‑channel and cross‑functional collaboration experience
- Knowledge of web analytics and user clickstream analysis
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are a plus
- Over 7 years of related analytics experience, particularly within healthcare or digital health sectors
