Warehouse Operator - Receiving and Warehouse (2nd Shift)
Full‑time onsite position located at Revlon’s Roanoke, VA facility.
Responsibilities- Operate swing reach truck and other equipment (stand‑up reach truck, counter‑balance sit‑down, pacer trucks) to perform putaway, replenishment, and inventory transactions.
- Use RF handheld terminal for inventory transactions, including item and location inquiries, quantity overrides, and problem‑solving of inventory issues.
- Stage materials in the pick and putback (P&D) area and complete required WM transactions.
- Prepare and complete required documentation such as correction sheets, part carton labels, and write‑ups for damages.
- Inspect incoming finished goods, verify replenishment moves, putaway moves, pallet consolidation, and put‑backs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problem pallets by verifying documentation or disassembling pallets to resolve issues.
- Assist the inventory department with cycle counts and location verification using RF scanners.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least two years of experience operating a Raymond reach truck with no accidents or safety violations.
- Must be able to work at heights up to 40 ft on a platform with a harness.
- Must be ambidextrous with both hands and feet.
- Must be able to work in above‑average temperatures and in confined spaces for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong math, computer, and inventory skills with understanding of warehouse operations.
- Ability to work overtime, long hours, and weekends as required.
- Willingness to work with hazardous materials and be trained on related regulations.
- Receive training in 40
CFR 262.17 as applicable.
Shift hours:
Monday - Thursday 2:00 pm - 12:30 am. Base pay range $19.00 / hour with a $1.00 shift differential; actual pay may vary based on experience and location. Eligible for short‑term incentives as part of total compensation.
