Maintenance Associate – Manufacturing

Monday‑Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm • $28.35 /hr (range $27.85–$34.85/hr, plus applicable premiums)

Assist Maintenance technicians in repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment, and handle general building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, painting, and construction work.

• Assist with repair and maintenance of equipment and tools
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
• Complete work orders, logs, and other documentation per established procedures
• Maintain and repair building facilities, including plumbing, construction, and painting tasks
• Operate material handling equipment and other powered machinery
• Handle hazardous materials and waste responsibly in accordance with company policies
• Perform preventive and basic maintenance on production, lift truck, pneumatic, hydraulic, dock, and HVAC equipment
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including the Open Door Policy
• Prioritize and complete work assignments, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners
• Communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change

• Prior work experience in a construction, industrial, production, or manufacturing environment

• Experience repairing or maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing or production setting
