• High School Diploma or GED
• Three to five years of engine and compressor maintenance experience
• Proficient in compressor and engine maintenance
• Basic knowledge of surface production equipment
• Troubleshooting skills for electronic and mechanical control problems
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and possess a full set of hand tools
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Willingness to travel for short and extended periods
• Ability to work different shifts and take call‑outs
• General computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

• Formal vocational training
• Caterpillar and Waukesha engine experience
• Ariel, GE, and other gas compressor experience
• CAT Training
