TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Rochester is hiring immediately and looking for multiple movers and drivers to join our team. Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse labor, manufacturing, or truck driving helpful!
- Starting pay: $19 - $21 per hour + TIPS!

- Operate a 26’ box truck locally with opportunity to travel across the U.S.A.
- Provide top-notch customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings
- Greet customer upon arrival to location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises
- Inform customers through the moving process with deep understanding
- Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
- Accurately complete digital forms and payment collection
- Develop skills in communication, professionalism, strength, endurance, coordination, and teamwork
- Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, landscaping, operations, fleet or transportation helpful!
- Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify to be a driver (21 or older for interstate opportunity)
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Strong logic and math skills
- Stamina and strength to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
- Good hand-eye coordination
