About This Opportunity

This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for LPN roles, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application.

Applicants must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, which may include:

* 6:00am - 2:30pm

* 2:00pm - 10:30pm

* 10:00pm - 6:30am

As positions become available, candidates from this pipeline will be considered for placement based on current staffing needs.

What You'll Do:

* Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans for residents

* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

* Maintain rigorous documentation and infection control standards

* Collaborate across teams and respond calmly in emergencies

What You'll Need:

* Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Illinois license (required)

* 1-2 years of experience in long-term care preferred

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
