Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment including acoumeters, payoffs, take-ups, and extrusion lines to ensure reliable and efficient operation;
Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems to reduce unplanned downtime and extend equipment life;
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues involving 3-phase power, motors, and 480V systems using schematics and blueprints;
Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and maintain accurate equipment records;
Interpret and work from electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints to perform installations, repairs, and adjustments
