PositionRegional Practice Leader
Role DescriptionAs a key driver of growth on our Sales team, the Regional Practice Leader (RPL) builds and expands advisor relationships across their territory, focusing on winning new business. The RPL competes, educates, and binds new groups—positioning our captive stop‑loss program as the go‑to solution for employers seeking smarter employee health benefits strategies.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Develop New Advisor Relationships: proactively identify and establish relationships with new advisors to expand the Roundstone brand and market presence.
- Drive Advisor Growth: partner with advisors to develop their business, win new binds, and ensure successful renewals and continuous growth opportunities.
- Collaborate Across Departments: work closely with internal teams—underwriting, marketing, and customer success—to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quotes, enabling seamless communication and successful deal closures.
- Build and Maintain a Sales Pipeline: strategically serve multiple geographic markets and advisor agencies to develop a robust sales pipeline, fostering long‑term partnerships and consistent revenue generation.
- Relationship Development & Pipeline Management: strong ability to establish and grow new or underutilized relationships, develop pipelines, and close opportunities.
- Proactive and Confident Approach: self‑motivated, results‑driven professional who thrives in competitive and sophisticated environments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills: identify root causes, analyze information thoroughly, brainstorm creative solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances.

3–5 years of proven success within the health insurance industry, ideally in roles with advisors, wholesalers, or related sectors.
