JobPurpose and Overview
As a Shipper/Receiver you will participate in the distribution warehouse activities related to receiving, storing, selecting, shipping, dispatching, and delivery of products to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations and product transportation.
Shift Schedule- Overtime and weekends required based on business needs.
- Available to work overtime as required.
- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, electric rider jacks, electric pallet jacks, trailer lift gates and pallet wrap machines.
- Minimum 6 months of related experience or 1 full year of non-related employment experience.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, wheat, and soy.
- Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to withstand cool and/or cold temperatures.
- Ability to understand and operate handheld computer and scanning devices for SAP used for all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Correctly select, palletize, and shrink wrap customers’ orders preparing them for delivery.
- Receive and stock inbound product in its designated locations; rotate and replenish current stock.
- Safely load trailers in an even and productive fashion.
- Maintain cleanliness of entire warehouse and practice safe food handling procedures.
- Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein.

- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to grasp, move, or utilize objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear; frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds and frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
