Description
We’re hiring a Post Closing Coordinator to join our team in Rolling Meadows, IL
!
This is a full-time,
on-site position with pay ranging from $21–24/hour
, depending on experience.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. Previous mortgage post-closing experience is preferred, but we are also open to motivated entry-level candidates looking to start a career in the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities- Review and scrub daily closing packages for accuracy
- Scan and upload documents into Encompass
- Coordinate and communicate corrections needed on loan files
- Review Down Payment Assistance packages
- Complete MERS registrations
- Monitor pipelines and reports to ensure timely receipt and distribution of collateral documentation
- Communicate with escrow offices regarding missing documents
- Receive, log, and ship original collateral documents to warehouse banks and investors
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with additional projects as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Basic math and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Post Closing Coordinator experience
- Experience with Encompass and/or WLS systems
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads with urgency and accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent required.
