We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role combines hands-on development with team leadership, working closely with business stakeholders and clients to translate data into actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in managing reporting initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering high-quality BI solutions on time.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
• Perform ad hoc and recurring report analysis, design, and processing
• Partner with business, client, and technical teams to gather and define requirements
• Create clear functional and technical documentation and provide project status updates
• Lead and supervise a small team of onshore/offshore developers and QA resources to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor and ensure adherence to key Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct unit testing to validate report accuracy and data integrity
• Provide training to business users and clients on BI tools and reporting solutions
• Serve as a project coordinator on key client initiatives as needed

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Computer/Information Science or Business/Commerce)
• Experience leading or supervising small teams of developers and QA analysts
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and applications
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, and data retrieval concepts
• Familiarity with HTML and web technologies

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
