Discover a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as a Speech Language Pathologist, supporting students across a range of grade levels near Rome, GA. Multiple openings are available, including positions focused on compensatory services across several school locations, elementary school placements, and middle school roles.

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Experience serving students in Pre K through 12th grade settings
  • Familiarity with the Paddynet documentation platform or willingness to learn
  • Skilled in collaborating with parents, teachers, staff, and administrators via various communication methods
  • Strong organizational abilities, including use of Google Calendar for scheduling and planning
  • Commitment to thorough and accurate documentation of evaluations, eligibilities, IEPs, and progress data
  • Willingness to travel between sites, if applying for the compensatory services position
  • Flexibility and eagerness to support students across elementary or middle school settings, based on assignment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality speech-language services to a manageable caseload of students (generally 45-55) at assigned school locations
  • Provide compensatory services during the summer session (June 1 through June 30) for the specified travel role, ensuring completion of all required services
  • Maintain reliable, proactive communication with families and educational teams
  • Coordinate and attend IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions
  • Complete and maintain all required service documentation in Paddynet
  • Support a positive learning environment and advocate for student growth
