• Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department, assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions

• Administer medications, initiate IV access, and monitor patient responses
• Educate patients and family members on care procedures, discharge planning, and follow-up requirements
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
