Senior Electrical Estimator

Lead the strategy behind how projects are won.

This role gives you a seat at the table - helping decide what work we pursue, how we price it, and how we win work across Michigan. This is a high-impact role with visibility to leadership, where your expertise directly influences project success from concept through execution.

• Lead the full estimating lifecycle from initial review through final bid submission
• Analyze drawings, specs, and project requirements to develop accurate cost estimates
• Build and manage detailed takeoffs, labor projections, and material pricing
• Collaborate with project managers, field leaders, and vendors to align on scope and execution
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering solutions
• Support strategic bid decisions and project pursuit planning

• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project workflows
• Experience with estimating software and takeoff tools
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications with accuracy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with DOT, utility, or infrastructure projects
• Design-build or EPC project experience

• $110,000 – $140,000 Base Salary + performance incentives (based on experience)
