Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location:

Rose Haven Nursing Center – Roseburg, OR

Wages: $22.77–$29.30/hr (based on certified experience + shift differential)

Full‑time – Evening shift (2 PM‑10 PM) – 4/2 schedule rotation required

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the State.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (skilled nursing setting preferred).
• Completion of required State and Federal in‑service education (typically 12 hours).
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Recent education or clinical experience is preferred.
