This opportunity is a great learning experience for someone who wants to build engineering skills, move into the oil & gas industry, or take on a new challenge. The company offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and compensation values the contributions you make.
Teamand Rotational Program
The Plant Engineering department comprises several new engineers from varying disciplines. You will work with refinery engineers, technicians, operators, and other personnel to help the facility safely operate and maintain its mechanical assets. Engineers progress through discipline‑based rotations across refinery units and mechanical systems, typically lasting about one year, building technical capability, operational knowledge, and ownership that prepares them for long‑term roles in asset management, reliability, or projects.

- Work with leaders and technicians to prevent recurring failures
- Lead projects as scope and experience grow to enhance asset performance
- Support operations and maintenance technicians’ skill development
- Provide technical support as required for Turnaround activities in assigned areas
- Develop troubleshooting techniques for mechanical‑related problems to determine appropriate repair scopes
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in reliability engineering or a related role
- 2+ years experience in a refining, petro‑chemical, or manufacturing facility
Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Variable pay in the form of a monetary bonus or other compensation is available. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
