Barker Ross is recruiting for a Counterbalance and Reach Truck FLT Driver on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing food production business based in Hamilton, Leicester. They are looking for an experienced Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a friendly and supportive warehouse team on an ongoing basis. Shift Details 14:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday- £13.91 p/h

Key Responsibilities Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently Loading and unloading vehicles Moving palletised stock throughout the warehouse and storage areas Carrying out stock movements and replenishment duties Completing warehouse tasks as required Following all site procedures and health & safety regulations Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets Candidate Requirements Valid, nationally accredited Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences (essential) Previous FLT experience within a warehouse or logistics environment Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious approach Ability to work night shifts on a consistent basis Good communication and teamwork skills Able to commute to the Hamilton (LE4) area What They Offer Weekly pay Monday to Thursday working pattern Consistent, ongoing work Supportive working environment Free onsite parking Convenient Leicester location with good transport links If you are an experienced FLT Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
