Job Description

Guinness Property provides repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents’ homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our team to support the delivery of responsive repairs. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the drive to make things possible.

This role will cover the Rotherham and Doncaster area and is a full‑time, permanent vacancy working 39 hours per week.

As a customer‑focused organisation, we value not only your experience as a Labourer but also your willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You must live in the Rotherham or Doncaster area and hold a full UK driving licence. A basic DBS check will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.

• Deliver damp and mould treatments in occupied properties.
• Property and garden clearance.
• Basic ground maintenance.
• Assist other members of the trades team as required.
• Work in a customer‑focused environment within agreed performance targets.
• Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
• Carry out physical tasks, lift weights and work at heights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
