Position: Claims Adjuster - Rotterdam
You will handle A&H (Accident & Health) high frequency claims in accordance with the settlement authority and service level agreements, as well as contributing to the overall achievement of the Claims team’s objectives.

You will assess policy coverage to a claim, calculate the reserve and agree settlements of high frequency claims, including the updating of claims data in the relevant systems
You will develop a keen understanding and competency of A&H claims handling process and support relevant initiatives and projects
You will meet claims service requirements to ensure the happiness of our clients and ensure business retention
You will manage correspondence effectively and efficiently and perform other ad-hoc claims tasks as required
Desired Skills and Experience
You are educated to degree level
You preferably have an understanding of insurance
You are customer service oriented, ambitious and able to multitask
Fluency in Dutch and English; French language skills preferred
