SCHEDULE:

Full time days, Monday-Friday with flexibility to work with night and weekend shift staff

Job Summary As Nursing Manager, level 2 RN, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety. You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts. Arrange educational programs to meet goals and act as caregiver when needed.
