The Customer Service/Accounting Assistant will support the Accounting Department for their administrative needs.
He/She will answer customer emails, customer phone calls, and work closely with vendors in a timely, professional manner and courteous manner.
This position requires relocation to Sacramento, CA and is open to candidates with at least 1-year experience in both accounting and customer service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Responding to emails and determining client needs so that they are directed to the correct individuals; assisting clients with invoice/billing related questions.
*Monitor and manage emails in a timely manner.
*Process daily mail, including scanning/naming and routing to appropriate personnel as needed.
*Assist Management with administrative assistance tasks as needed.
*Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
*Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and customers.
Position Requirements
High School,   1 to 2 Years work experience
Qualifications:
*Basic knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting principles
*Customer service skills
*Excellent email and phone etiquette
At least 1 year of experience in customer service
*Proficient written and oral communication skills
*Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
*Basic computer knowledge
*High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
*At least a high school diploma
