Role Summary

ETF Software Developer reporting directly to the ETF Platform Owner. The role involves contributing to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of data quality and data delivery applications as part of an agile scrum team.

• Participate in the daily delivery of ETF Servicing, supplying minor enhancements, Level 4 oversight, and converting support trends to platform improvements.
• Work independently to develop, test, and debug ETF software enhancements and solutions within the business and technical problem domains.
• Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs, applications, and projects using cloud computing tools and related software engineering languages.
• Write unit and automation tests to ensure a high-quality end product.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Actively participate in the agile software development process, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs to propose solutions.

• Extensive Java n-tier application experience.
• Good understanding of AI-enabled programming.
• Experience with cloud technologies, methodologies, and implementation tools.
• Extensive data and database tooling experience.
• Commercial software development with multi-tier solutions.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• Professional PL/SQL and Java development experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and understand requirements in the financial sector.
• Ability to work well with peers in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with an Agile development methodology.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze ETF business requirements and develop solutions.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly responsible.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $157,500 Annual (applicable to the primary location specified).
