Job SummaryProcess Engineering Co‑op will support the Process Engineering Team for the Summer 2025 season. This is a full‑time position.
Essential Job Functions- Participates in problem solving and continuous improvement projects to improve manufacturing capabilities, safety, capacity, lead times and/or reduce costs through process improvements.
- Supports internal and external corrective and preventative action projects.
- Assists in the development and qualification of new products, processes, and machinery.
- Other duties as required in support of the department and the company.
Applicant should be actively pursuing a degree in Engineering or a similar technical field.
Language Skills- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions.
- Familiarity with topics such as mechanics, electricity and magnetism, material science, chemistry, manufacturing and design.
- Robust problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to get hands‑on with products and processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Technical writing skills.
- Able to lead, participate in, collaborate and advise cross‑functional project teams.
- Accepts responsibility for own actions, accountable for project deliverables and goals.
The employee is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
