3. Be familiar and use TPR as well as additional props (flash cards, toys)

4. Have stable internet connection and good enough computer.

Education:
Master’s degree required, Doctoral degree preferred.

Experience and Skills:
Demonstrated administrative and organizational abilities
Experience in higher education leadership including:
student recruitment (preferably in non-traditional education modes)
accreditation/regulatory/compliance
strategic leadership
Demonstrated leadership skills in creating a team-oriented culture.
Understands strategic concepts; develops and influences distinctive and competitive strategies; aligns the organization to support priorities of the institutional plan, embrace change, and deliver results.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated experience and commitment to customer service with a continuous focus on improvement.
Self-starter, ability to work productively with minimal oversight
