Job Title: Forklift / General Labor - Warehouse Associate

Location: St. Charles, IL

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM during slower periods)

Start Date: ASAP

We are hiring a dependable Forklift / General Labor Associate to join a small, tight‑knit warehouse team in St. Charles. This is a great opportunity to become part of a stable company where employees have long tenure and strong teamwork. This opening is due to a long‑term employee relocating, and you will be joining a team of three, becoming the fourth member of a collaborative warehouse group.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Unload containers and incoming shipments
• Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Operate a forklift (approximately 25% of the time)
• Use rolling racks and picker equipment
• Lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Process‑driven and detail‑oriented
• Able to take direction and work independently after training
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
