Full‑time Meat & Seafood Manager

Location:

St. Cloud. This full‑time position earns $33.13 per hour. The store operates 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm; employees will be scheduled to work within that window.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting customers.
  • Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees.
  • Merchandising product.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory, sales, and shrink.
  • Analyzing financials and ensuring the department meets financial goals.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the department.
  • Supporting the General Manager/Store Manager in all phases of day‑to‑day store operations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:

    high‑school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    five (5) or more years of work experience in meat & seafood leadership.

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
    • Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts.
    • Strong understanding of grocery retail operations.
    • Completion or ability to complete tier 1, 2, and 3 of Lunds & Byerlys meat and seafood training.
    • Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
