Pharmacy Tech Certified Sam's

Position Summary

Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types. Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members following Company policies by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies, entering prescription information, and completing required documentation.

Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organizes and maintains the area following Company procedures, utilizes equipment appropriately, merchandises, and completes paperwork logs.

Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Carries out tasks, communicates progress, and determines ways to address improvement opportunities and adapts to change.

The hourly wage range is $23.00 to $31.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
