Role OverviewYou will drive growth in the On‑Premise Drink Market in St. Cloud by developing and executing innovative strategies that maximize sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction.
By staying ahead of the competition, creating and implementing training sessions and incentive programs, and maintaining a customer‑centric approach, you will enhance relationships and strengthen our brand image.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies in the beverage industry, focusing on on‑premise sales growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch training and incentive programs for front‑line staff.
- Negotiate with customers, address concerns, and present effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean driving record and hold a valid Class D driver’s license in compliance with the Vehicle Safety Policy.
- 3–5 years of experience developing marketing strategies, ideally within the beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of industry products and trends.
- Excellent oral communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to listen actively and address customer and employee concerns.
