• Help with the sales process and look for upsell opportunities while managing current accounts.
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
• Engage with clients and expand customer service horizons.

• Demonstrated success working with customers.
• Inventory sales/order systems experience.
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred, not required.
