CDL A Driver Home Weekly Earn $2180+/WK (Full Time)
Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for a guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.
These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and the trailer is hook-and-go). A driver’s average pay is $2,190 per week with deliveries running the Northeast.
Full benefits start after 60 days, and the driver will have 3‑5 days of training on the account.
Drivers will be home weekly (not guaranteed weekends) and may take trucks home but must have a secure place to park. After training, you may bring a rider and a pet with you.
Drug Testing Requirements- Urine drug test only.
- No failed or refused drug test of any type, even if you have completed SAP, regardless of how long ago the incident occurred.
- Drivers pick up loads at DC just outside of Rome, NY. Trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go.
- Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day and then $300 for every trailer unloaded. Drivers average about 900‑1,200 miles per week and complete three loads.
- Drivers make 2‑4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver placing boxes that weigh 1‑35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel take them—drivers do not do inventory or merchandising.
- When the driver takes the 34‑hour reset at home they may still be on a load. At the start of the week they finish deliveries and head back to the DC for the next load.
- Orientation takes place in Dayton, lasts about 2 days. Company pays for transportation, hotel and meals, and you are paid $85 per day for orientation.
- Training lasts 3‑5 days. You may double‑bunk with the trainer or get your truck first and follow the trainer; neither option is guaranteed, so you must be willing to go with either. Training is paid at the daily rate.
- After training you may bring a rider and a dog with you while you run.
