We are looking for a full‑time receptionist/escrow assistant for our St. George office. In this role, you will be the first face our clients see as they walk through our doors, responsible for greeting everyone in a professional and welcoming manner and setting the tone for the closing.
Responsibilities- Answering and directing phone calls on a multi‑line phone system.
- Ensuring the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assisting escrow teams in preparing closing documents.
- Contacting clients and providing support in each real estate transaction.
- Proven work as a receptionist, customer service manager, or similar role.
- Experience as an escrow assistant preferred.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable and able to work full‑time hours:
Monday‑Friday, 8:30‑5:30 pm.
- Candidates with escrow assisting experience will have an added advantage.
