Position: Project Manager / Estimator

Fundy Fencing Limited is looking for a proactive Construction Estimator / Project Manager for a permanent, full-time position. You will manage projects from conception to completion while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Your role will involve material take-offs, preparing bids, and delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initial estimate to final completion

• Prepare quotations, tenders, and bids

• Conduct site visits for inspections and estimates

• Coordinate job-site activities and schedules

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of industry experience

• Leadership and supervisory skills

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
