TUM LTD is an affiliate marketing company which provides solutions and consulting for iGaming and marketing of online gaming products. The company has a considerable Turkish customer base and therefore website material and interaction with customers, must be made in Turkish.
We are looking for young, energetic Customer Support Agent who will provide support to our customers in various questions over phone, chat and email. As Customer support agent, you will be working closely with other departments to solve queries from the customer and no day is usually the same as the other.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Answering customers inquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing customer support on gaming, financial, technical and any applicable issues related to the customer support department
• Working together with the Payments/Fraud department to solve problems regarding customers questions
• Working together with the Payments/Fraud department to manage customers withdrawals
• Working together with Tech department to solve problems and improve the system and give the customers a better service
• Assist Marketing department/Country Manager with local promotions and be updated on activities in the local market
• Understand and follow procedures for the Customer Support department and report any aberration to the closest manage
Position Requirements
Bachelor,   1 to 2 Years work experience
• Minimum 2 years previous experience of customer service and marketing department
• Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken Turkish and English, other language considered as plus
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office
• Qualification for Economy or International Trade
• Experience with Wordpress and Zendesk Chat Software
• Typing speed +90 words/minute
• Perfect knowledge of casino games and sports betting
• Ability to listen and come up with fast solutions to customers problems
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Very good
  • Turkish - Very good
