This is a part-time hybrid role in the Greater St. Louis area providing administrative support to Christian Rowe, Financial Consultant of Gateway Financial Group, an independent financial services practice of Thrivent Financial.
ResponsibilitiesThe Office Professional will support the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: prepares or coordinates routine correspondence, supports documentation and follow-up processes, and utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a financial services environment is a plus
