Job Summary
Our client, a leading Retail & Consumer Goods provider, is seeking a Senior Analytics Architect to join their team. This position is Hybrid in St. Louis, Missouri.
Core Responsibilities- Architect Snowflake data solutions
- Improve performance and reduce Snowflake costs
- Build scalable data pipelines
- Drive Data Ops and governance strategy
- Support AI/GenAI initiatives
- Partner with leadership on analytics strategy
- Mentor teams and guide offshore engineers
- Solve production and data quality issues
- 7+ years in Data Engineering / Data Architecture
- Senior‑level Data/Analytics Architect
- Heavy Snowflake architecture and optimization background
- Design enterprise data platforms and drive AI/GenAI initiatives
- Hands‑on technical leader; no direct reports
- SQL and Python experience
- dbt / ETL / data pipelines
- Azure cloud experience
- Data warehousing / lakes / BI
- Experience designing scalable enterprise data solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and optimization background
- Agile / Jira / Git Hub
- Snowflake Cortex GenAI / LLM architecture
- AI copilots
- Responsible AI / AI security
- Airflow API development
- Tableau / Informatica / SAP
- Strong technical skills
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
St. Louis, Missouri – Hybrid
Compensation & Benefits- Pay Range: $120,000–$130,000 (estimate, variable by experience and location)
